Had Tact Team Live Firing on Monday. And cause of that we had to book in on Sunday morning to walk the ground on Sunday afternoon. Its a total waste of time since we did it before. Since its in the TSR (Training Safety Regulation) we had to follow...
Monday morning we all woke up at 4 in the morning, so damn early, get ready and went to the range and Wait there. Total waste of time! There are three platoons taking part. 1 from another company and two from ours. Went through the blank run first. Damn shack. Those who have been to Murai and heard of Matilda Hill will know what I mean... Hahax We started the live at 2pm. As usual everyone is awed by the sight and sound of the Tank fire. The 75mm firing off. Hahax We had to shot the live firing by 5pm because the stupid Air Force had a few Jets scheduled to fly around that area after 5. They are afraid that our round will ricochet and hit their Planes. Due to that one of the platoon did not get to fire... That's why I'm not impressed when I heard Fighter Jets fly pass especially the damn Black Knights. In fact I hate the sound of them Jets!
We couldnt meet the timing so one of the platoon did not get to fire. Good thing my platoon got to fire! Hahax After 2 walk the grounds and 2 Blank Runs, finally we got to do the live run. And the best part? Everyone made it back alive... Ahahax Went back in the evening to clean our rifle and after that everyone booked out at night at around 11pm. Some of us stayed behind. I had duty on Tuesday so I stayed over.
Tuesday I'm on 4NTM duty. Woke up at 9am in the morning. Hahax Everyone else on off. So I took my time. Duty was slack also. Sleep all day. Never even wake up to do the my damn shift.
Wednesday After my duty I went back to bunk to sleep. Skipped lunch too. Hahax Heck Just sleep only!
Thursday we had a refresher on Urban Ops. There was a little change in the things we learnt Previously... Well at least we had a good laugh although we practiced it with chairs simulated as wall and doors. A three man team was required for the practice. We made one Super Blur guy, One Dumb guy and One who claims he knows guy to form a team. We call them the Platoon 9 Greatest hits. Hahax Had a good laugh seeing them do their stunt! At night I book out. in return for doing duty on Tuesday I had off on Friday.
Friday off day! Long weekend!! Spent the whole day out chillin with my friends. Hahax Bought quite a few stuff over the weekends... Well December is here, means Pay Day is near. Which also means I can count the months with one hand! 5 More Months To ORD!!! YEAH!!!!
