YES! Now that I have cleared SOC, I dont have to go to the SOC start line with everything on again! The only reason for me to go to the start line is to laugh people who haven not passed!! HAHAHA!!!
Tuesday Morning we all had endurance run of 3km and a few static exercise after that. We slept the whole afternoon after that.
Wednesday morning there was suppose to be SOC test but it was raining so SOC was postponed. We pack our field pack a bit and of course, Sleep! Hahax We did SOC in the afternoon at around 4 plus. Passed my 2nd year SOC with timing of 9:16 Minutes. I can only pass SOC in the afternoon. Morning I cannot make it. Hahax Due to high passing rate of SOC takers, my OC gave is nights out. My usual Jurong Point Makaals went to have a little Celebration. Vodka. Hahax
Thursday we spent the whole day Sleeping. Actually only my section. Other section prep their vehicle for the commander's outfield next week. Since my vehicle is not here, we dont have to do anything and that means... Sleep!! Hahax
Friday there was a run at ECP 14km. My CSM, and the tankees went for the Chief of Army Change Of Command at SAFTI so they didnt go for the run. All the Driver, 2IC and VC had to stay to prep vehicle and so only a few of us went. All the Platoon Sergeant went on leave so non of them is there also. Only the Tankee PS was there. After the run a few of us went to eat and after that we all walked back to Bedok. It was heck of a distance. Took at least 45 minutes to walk there. Hahax
Saturday there wasn't any NDP rehearsal! SHoik! It was my cousin's 21st birthday. Went for this Chalet and had some fun. Damn Sunday have to book in. Monday got half day. After that book out. Lame shit.

Now that one year is gone. Only 10 more months to ORD. Since we are all 2nd year Soldier already, we all took IPPT Test on Tuesday. Well Pull Up for me no change, did 8 pull ups. Shutter Run I did a 10.1s. Sit up I did 45. SBJ I have no Idea why but it seems like I deproved. I did only 225 unlike the usual 234. Well at least 2.4km I improved a little. Did a 10.5mins. So overall I got Silver for IPPT. Gold is to hard man. Below 9:45min for 2.4km. Gotta run real fast for that! Hahax After IPPT in the Morning we slept the whole day after that.
Wednesday Morning we had a 7km Run at Qian Hu Park. Walked all the way. My legs are all cramped up due to the 2.4km Run for IPPT. After the Run we went back and Sleep all the way till Nights Out. There was some Racial Harmony talk followed by a Movie Screening. We watched some movie called Hotel Rwanda. Interesting movie...
Thursday Morning We sleep through the morning. Our Sergeants all went for ATP. So its only us men, and a few 3SG. Hahax
Afternoon we went to help out in NDP. No audience no Performance. Just probs, Music and Videos.
Friday Morning we did area cleaning here and here. Vehicle sheds and Company Line. We book out in the afternoon at around 12plus. We all then went ECP after that at 3:45pm for a 10km Run with a timing of 70min. My timing was 71:15mins. Spend like 2 to 3mins at the Toilet. So Technically I passed. Hahax
Saturday NDP had to report at 11:30am to get the balloons pumped. The weather for this Rehearsal was not very good though. It started to rain when the crowd start coming in to sit down. Well at least it rained only for a while. But the whole show got delayed by 10 mins. Everything was ok all the way but it rain halfway through the show again. The witnessing officer for this parade was the Minister Of Education. Bad day to watch the Parade. Hahax

Have been running a lot lately. Legs all hurting here and there... Booked in early on Monday. Tuesday there was a 16km Tiger Trail run at Jurong Camp early in the morning. We went there at like 4 plus in the morning. We woke up around 3am. So damn early. The whole of 3rd Division came down to run. Meet quite a few familiar faces. Friend from BMT, my Neighbour, previous Camp mates... The run was damn shack. Have to run up one hill. Damn tiring. Some poor guys ran extra hill. One joker meet the timing but missed the compulsory hill. Hahax After that we went back to camp and do some recap on our Vehicle weapon the 25mm OWS system. Our company got 40 NDP tickets in total and they gave out to 20 person with a pair of tickets by drawing lots. Well dont ask me I didnt get it...
Wednesday we continue on our vehicle weapon's training. My section did a chop chop one and slept the whole afternoon. During Nights Out I went to Devan's house to check out his PS3. Was Damn Cool!! Graphics and all... But Damn its quite expensive...
ThursdaY we did our Technical Handling test for our OWS. Only Section 3s of the company are doing. Do already Friday can ROC, Relak One Corner. Hahax In the Afternoon we went to do NDP. As usual System Rundown. Boring day...
Friday morning we had 6km run with timing of 35mins. Train up for AHM. I came back with 34:15min. I'm not much of an endurance runner man dont laugh! We had early dinner and booked out early. Went for a good Shisha after I booked out.
Saturday was the second NDP Preview. This time there are more Pri 5 Student. They Filled up the whole Staduim. Was nice but one Commando Guy dropped his Beret when he did the firing of the Rifle over his shoulder. The photographer put it back up for him. After NDP all finish, I went to east coast park for a BBQ organised by a Primary School Friend of mine for our Primary School people. Went to my camp friend's house first and he drove me to marine cresent... Unlicenced. Hahax Had fun there till around 2 before everyone left.

1st July as we all know it is SAF day. Previously we are required to march in the parade square of SAFTI. It was pushed away thanks to our CSM. He saved us. Hahax
Tuesday SAF day we had Endurance Run of 3km in the early morning before we do some Parade for SAF day. Short and chop chop march. Actually we didnt march at all. All we did was stand there and do listen to the full-of-crap message for SAF day. Then after that we cross train on our weapon. I learnt the GMPG and the SAW. GPMG was Simple. Piece of Cake. But the SAW was kinda tricky. Singapore Made Weapons are so full of Crap.
Wednesday Morning there was a 10km run to Qian Hu Park but I had Guard Duty. The rest who did Duty with me coincidently are the Jurong Point Makkals. All of us doing duty all kena extra. Hahax The few of us who always go Jurong Point During Nights out to chill or have a drink. Morning we slept at the Guard House. But in the afternoon we are called back to continue our Weapon Cross Training. Learnt the M203 Grenade Launcher. Wasnt very hard though... Everyone went for early nights out after that. Wasted we all had duty.
Thursday Morning there was Technical Handling Test for all the weapons we learn. Damn shack when I took the test. No guard rest all. The New CO came over to have a talk with us in the morning. Then in the afternoon we went for NDP rehearsal.
Friday Morning we continued with the Technical Handling Test I finished everything except the GPMG mounted role. I didnt do the test at all. Got fed up of waiting so I went up to sleep. Good thing the Sergeant nice... Just submit the result saying that I passed but actually I didnt take the test... Hahax Then In the afternoon, we went East Coast Park for a 12km run. The run was not bad. Good Scenery. Ran non stop for about 7-8km and then I walked all the way back. Cannot make it already. Knees hurting big time. Everything finished around 7pm and we booked out from ECP. Daven, Kumaran and I went Carl's Jr. to eat. Not bad the food there I'll say. Free flow of drinks. Went to refill my water bottle. Hahax
Saturday is the first NDP preview. Pri 5 Students all came and some of the other Public came as well. I had to wear some gray outfit so that we can camouflage in the back ground... Overall it was fun. Couldnt go in cause I dont have the pass. Have to go behind somewhere to get my pass. And they kept us untill 10:30pm like that just to practice on the Emergency Evacuation Drill. Waste of time sia...
