Quite a short week. Monday and Tuesday had NDP Off. Stayed at home all day. Hahax
Wednesday had a run of 6km in the morning and after that was Sleep! Hahax But then in the afternoon we had to clean arms. Actually clean arms is for show. All the high rank people from HQ came over to our company's lecture room. Hahax
Thursday we had Endurance Run of 3km in the morning, had a little Heli Op enplane and deplane drill practice in the morning before we went for NDP in the Afternoon.
Friday morning we went to Jurong Camp to do a Heli Op Mock Up. They had a dummy UH-1H helicopter at the SOC Ground where we use it to do our Super Puma Enplaneing and Deplaneing Drill. As for the Chinook, The uses banch in the training sheds which is positioned like a Chinook. Afternoon we went back to camp for lunch. In the evening we had a run of 8km. Damn Shack. I ran only 6.5km. Practically Ran lesser rounds. Hahax. After that dinner and BOOK OUT!!
Saturday NDP Combine Rehearsal 3. Meet Devan and Kumaran at 1pm for lunch and a little game at arcade first before going to NDP. I meet my ITE Classmate there at the floating platform. 2nd Warrant Ramesh!! Attracted quite an attention when I was talking to him! Hahax For this rehearsal I finally got to watch all the performance. Every time half way through have to go back stage... Now that my Job scope changed I dont have to go backstage!! HahaX!!

Been doing along of runs these days. Gonna have to take part in the Tiger Trail run and the Army Half Marathon run... Damn I hate running!
Monday morning we had a 4.5km Run. We all Ran together as a company. After that we Clean rifle and Service our tanks.
Tuesday there was SOC test in the morning. Its a 2nd year test for the PTP Batch people and those who have not pass first year for BMT batch. So I dont have to run. Hahax After that we had some Lectures on Heli Ops
Wednesday morning suppose to have a run. But it was CAT.1 Thunder here and there. So we did some static. Shack man! Hahax Then after that we practiced on our Heli Ops Drills all the way till night time.
Thursday we went for NDP to help out. We wear our Smart No.4 there. Was damn hot. We wore our admin Tshirt inside. We pretty much went there and do notting. No performers there, marching contingent also not there... We went for our break in smart 4 also. Cannot do alot of things... Haiz...
Friday Morning again we went for a 4.5km run. But this time the run is OTOT. Run at own pace. Not so bad. Hahax At the afternoon we clean heavy arms like the GPMG, 40AGL and the 50. Spent almost the whole day cleaning. I requested for early book out since its my dad's birthday. Went out at almost 6pm. Went home first and then My brother and I along with my dad, went to Suntec City for a Buffet dinner to celebrate his Birthday.
Saturday Went for NDP again. But this time we report at 3:15pm. They had a full rundown of the Parade. Performance and Marching. Was a great performance. Had fire works too! Small one only... Hahax

FINALLY!! The freaking 4NTM standby has finally stand down. Sunday I did my last 4NTM duty.
Monday We continue on our COC parade Rehearsal. March March March. But morning there was IPPT test for those who havent pass their first year. And also the best part. We returned our pager! Hahax
Tuesday was the actual parade and also the stand down of 4NTM. In the Morning we did one Rehearsal. After that we went to Remove everything we prepared for our 4NTM. Now that its over we can unpack and remove it. The concertina wire was a headache. Hahax The COC parade took place at 4pm. Big shots from different unit came to witness the Change Of Command. Well at least the Parade went well. We all sent him off waving our Beret at him while he stand in the M113 with S2 as the Driver, and the RSM as the VC. Hahax Even his with and his daughter was inside.
Wednesday Morning there was SOC test for first year takers. I passed the test already so I dont have to take. Hahax Later we had Breifing for the Combat Team Live Firing and we did some practice in the parade square. Its lame but at least we know where we stand. After everything at night we all go for our Nights Out.
Thursday we had Combat Team Live Firing Dry Run where we use blanks and fire. We did it with another company and hell its freaking shack. Went for 2 dismounted assualt
Friday's Live Run was nice! Hear the AMX-13 SM1 Fire their TPT Live Round! We cease fire at 4pm and my platoon along with platoon 10 did not fire. Plus in the morning Cat.1 And for that we had to freaking come back some other day. Bloody hell!
Saturday we all had to go to Marina by 8:30am to help out in the NDP rehearsal. Well my task there was simple. All I gotta do. Is to hide behind the audience. Inflat he balloons, and when the time comes throw them down. Well we didnt do it this time since there aint auidience. So we practically sit down and watch the show and help out the others abit. Well I happen to meet my Primary school Secondary school friend Jia Yuan there. Hahax He's in air force. During the break I went to the PC show and I saw one of my primary 4 classmate also. She passed my a flyer and didnt recognised me. Hahax Too bad. After everything ended at around Ten Plus at night a few of us along with my new Indian Sergeant went to a pub and Have some fun. Rabak sia there. But fun! Hahax

Initially there was supposed to be no outfield for aproximately 4 to 5 months time. Which means no more outfield untill after NDP. Then suddenly came this AOAC, Amour Officer Advance Course, 3 days 2 nights outfield to train the new OCs to be... Haiz...
Went back to camp on Sunday Morning. Had to do the stupid 4NTM duty.
Monday after I finished my duty I went back to have a good rest. Just when I thought my Section's Vehicle will not get fixed, It was sent back in the afternoon and the vehicle itself was in a terrible condition. Had to break track also. Well two tracks only... My driver was on duty so I kinda guided the rest on what to do. The rest of my section break track while I fix the Puppet Valve, Drain Plug and the freaking Service Plate. All of them under the tank itself. Then after dinner have to mount the Tes Set and the OVM. Haiz... The vehicle moved out at night.
Tuesday was the start of the field camp all the was till Thursday. The CO of ATI , Amour Training Institute, Maj Daniel came to talk to us on the first day. About why we have to come for a fieldcamp that has notting to do with us and all. Overall he was Happy with our performance and kept thanking us. Overall there was suppose to be 4 missions but one was cancelled due to Cat. 1. Total of 10 Captain was at the course. One of them was my company's 2IC Capt. Yee. Hahax
This Outfield was the first outfield for my section's Roy and Puven. Puven was due to injury and Roy was newly Posted here. I'll say they are doing good! Hahax
For this Outfield Lance Guards dont have to go. So Section one got no 2IC and my Section 2IC went over section 1 to take over. While I take over Section 3 as 2IC. The first day my Driver was not feeling well, went to report sick and cause of that, I became the Section Commander for one day. My SC went to become the Driver... Was Being SC is not easy man! Good thing my Platoon Sergeant, a Stand In one, Help me take control. Well Since I was the Sect Com of my section, I made my Section engage enemy while I hide behind. So in the end I did not fire my Rifle. Hahax!! This outfield wasnt bad actually. Got Canteen food for the second Night and after the Outfield. Got to sleep training shed on the second night. After the Outfield itself, My OC cancelled our dinner on friday due to good performance.
Friday morning Had to go pull the OWS barrel for Platoon 11's vehicle. Coz two platoon gave them our rounds. They trigger happy till the whole barrel turn black. Hahax Well not bad ah. Friday get to book out at around 4 plus.
