Short week this week. Spent most of is sleeping! Hahax
Monday was an off day for me. Spent it watching Heros at home. Hahax
Tuesday morning there was supposed to be endurance run but it was cancelled due to the rain. So we pretty much spent the Whole day sleeping.
Wednesday morning we did some IPPT training of upper limb. After our arms and shoulder all started to cramp up. We all went to break track after that. Since my Section's vehicle was still at the workshop, I helped Section 2 break track. Since only the driver knows how to break the track best, I drove the M113 while they do their stuff. Hahax Even his VC look for me everything there is driving required. Well at least I helped him break track tough. Spent the whole day just to break the damn track. Got my No.4 stained with grease and oil... Well at least it was something new I learnt! Hahax
Thursday Was IPPT for the Specs. The Sergeant's 2nd year IPPT and those who failed. Since I got Silver, I dont have to take. The rest of us who got Silver and Gold went to sleep. Hahax We spent the Whole day sleeping. And after that at night is Book Out!!
Friday off day! I went to donate blood. Havent donte blood since I enlisted.
Saurday Was my Rider's Theory Test and I forgot to study!! Went there late some more... Well at least I Passed! HAHAHA!!

Interesting week yet full of nonsense. Hahax Before I booked in, I forgot to post about Gabriel's Bday. Hahax HAPPY BIRTHDAY GABRIEL! He turns 21 on 10th April and my medic turns 20. Same day. Hahax Gab made a BBQ in Pasir Ris Park on Saturday 12 April. Got to meet Izhar Syafiq Kodok Nana Diana Jasmine. Well for Manickam I get to see him everyday... Hahax And after a long time I met Hadah Adi Cicak Gabriel and Best of all Rizal Kecik!! So surprised to see him!! Hahax Had a good deal of fun thought, meeting up finally... Its a waste that the rest couldnt come...
Booked in on Sunday night at 2230 to do area cleaning at he Vehicle Washing Bay...
Monday Morning we all did endurance run of 3km. After that there was a briefing on our ABTF Stand by. I forgot what it stands for. If i'm not wrong its Amour Battle Group Task Force of some shit like that. Its lame lah anyway. But for Peace in Singapore... I'm ok with it. After that in the evening the let us book out.
Tuesday Morning there was a mock turnout for this ABTF thingy. Thats why they let us book out. The Recall was at around 6am in the morning. Everyone anticipated it. We all have our own Insights. Hahax Its really troublesome and waste of time I'll say. Went back, sleep for awhile, had a lecture about what was suppose to happen if there were a real turn out and all.But I didnt bother listening. And after that went back to sleep.
Wednesday Morning we had Ippt Training of Upper Limbs. I guess IPPT is coming... Hahax After that we went for Our Range IMT. Or know as Rifle Simulator. In the evening, we got our very first Nights Out after around 8 months serving like a dog for SAF. Well a group of us went out to have a little drink. Since they wanna have fun so might as well join in the fun you know? Hahax Still I hate drinking. Yucks.
Thursday We Practice a little of AOA. Spent freaking 6 hours on it. The damn Amour is Freaking heavy. But still by the look of the way the amour was mounted on, one Javelin the freaking M113 will still be a goner.
Friday had a Rifle Range. Where we condition ourself to shoot with Bullet Proof Vest on. Total waste of time I'll say. But good practice. We came back to camp at night, clean our rifle a booked out. We are all so season in our rifle cleaning, 15mins and my rifle is done. Piece of cake! Live round is so much easier to clean. Hahax

Finally! No more outfield for maybe another 4 to 5 months. And now that we have turn ops, stand by is gonna start... Haiz What to do... We are Dogs mah...
Monday Everyone moved off for our Battalion Proficiency Test, BPT. The first day we didnt really do anything. The first day all we did was luggering, Put camo net and all. We cook food and eat and slept the whole day.
Tuesday we set off early in the morning around 5am. We spent the whole assualt time in the vehicle. We didnt even dismount and attack. We only have like 10 mens in our platoon. So in the end we became the reserved platoon for this outfield. Hahax No need to dismount! During the Delay we are to dig Shell Scrape. Since we did not dismount, for the first time we are full of energy to dig a Shell Scrape. But in the end, our delay area has got ready made Shell Scrape. So all we did is touch up the Shell Scrape and slept through the night. Hahax
Wednesday Yet again no one attack our delay point. Waited till 10 plus and we mount the vehicle and moved off. We dismounted abit for local protection. Our vehicle had a transmission problem throughout the outfield. 3 to 4 bottles of SAE 10 were topped and still it was still giving problem. It is only when my Platoon Sergeant came in and drive it himself that caused the vehicle to breakdown. HAhax The vehicle just died. Refused to move in the middle of the road. Had to be towed away... Hahax After everything finished and everyone gathers, we all took a group photo and CO gave everyone 2 days off! Woohoo!! Since My previous MG gunner Glendon was down due to injury from previous Outfield, we all miss him man... The one who took over him knows notting man... His first time outfield with us. All the other Outfield we had he was on MC... Chao Keng Bastard! Hahax Yet again after we came back from outfield, we ordered Sambal Fried Rice with egg!! Yup! Good thing I did not fire a single round! Hahax No need to clean rifle!
Thursday we returned the tes sets and apart from that we spent the rest of our time Sleeping. Same goes for Friday Since it was raining in the morning so Endurance Run was cancelled. We slept the Whole day till book out. HAhax
4NTM is gonna start... I hope they dont activate my unit man... Starts Tuesday till end of May... Thats damn long... Hate NS!

Managed to learn a few stuff this week. Mainly about the M113 APC Tank. Hahax Pretty much know most of the M113 already.
Monday is an off day. Went to Sheesha before I go back camp so in the end I booked in an hour and a half late. Well COS my platoon mate so no problem. Hahax
Tuesday there was Endurance Run of 3km in the morning. And after that the 2ICs of the Section have to go learn how to do BOS I went along to learn. Quite interesting but its a dirty process. Gotta check the oil level and all. And after that, my Vehicle Commander taught me how to drive and I tried it out. It was fun! Hahax Quite simple thought. I drove a little then I let my 2IC do the rest of the driving. Now my whole Section knows how to drive except one joker. Hahax
Wednesday There was SOC Training. Since I passed already, I get to watch them do the training instead of taking part. Hahax After that I slept the whole afternoon. Shoik!
Thursday There was SOC test. I paced my platoon hoping at least one guy will pass. To my dissapointment non of them did... Well at least one guy whom I ran back with passed his SOC second year timing! Hahax After that We prep our equipment for the coming outfield, Battalion Proficiency Test.
Friday morning Live Run 6km. Havent been running for so long and due to that my stamina dropped alot. For the run I ran only 4.5km. Run lesser by 1.5km. Hahax After that we went on prepareing for our Outfield. Fixing the tes sets on our vehicle and all. I got to drive the M113 again but this time a longer distance. Through the parade square into the vehicle shed. Hahax. Taught the last guy how to drive and finally! The whole section now knows how to drive! Hahax Booked out at almost 12MN. One bayonet was missing. So book out timing was delayed. Haiz... Heart Pain sia take cab with surcharge...
Next week. Battalion Proficiency Test. 3 Day 2 Night. After that, no more outfield untill a long time!!
