Had the worst Christmas and New Year of my life of 2007. Went back to camp on Christmas day itself at 6am to report for Guard Duty. 2 guys never come. Say what visit mother in hospital. Both same reason. Maybe same mother... Hahax They planned Guard Duty for men but never plan for Commanders... In the end the day before's COS had to do Guard IC. Hahax
The next day on the boxing day Without Guard Rest I went for the Life Saver's Selection Course. Swim halfway almost faint. So I fall out. The training itself is murder so I wouldnt wanna go anyways. Imagine swimming in long 4 with LBV... No transport for us so we took cab to Pasir Laba camp and bus back from there. In admin attire... Come back everyone went to vehicle shed to prep vehicle. I slept through the whole afternoon while the rest went. Hahax
Friday to Sunday went for A.I Out field. Chiong with the Vehicle. The Drivers went the day before so we practically Rested for one day. My vehicle the OWS was at the workshop. So my Driver and VC went to collect it. Others went for 2 runs already We still havent start.... Hahax When it finally arrive it was night. Use for one day the ramp spoil. Almost crush my toes somemore.
Come back on the sunday to clean rifle. Everone clean their rifle overnight I go sleep. Coz on Monday New Year Eve, I got freaking Guard Duty. And freaking hell, While we were watching TV someone threw apple pie butts out of the window. Which is like the other side of the Guard House. Spooky...
