My Rifle suffered big time this week man... Life Firing here and there. My poor wife... Like I give a damn about it! Hahax
Monday we went to Pasir Laba for ATP, Advance Range practice. It was raining though. The rifle I use has a little advantage and disadvantage. A 3x scope was my advantage. Easier to engage the target. But its hard to aim and fire when you get closer. People complain in the rain its hard to shoot. But I beg to differ. Thanks to the rain I got a total of 36/40 which made me the best shooter in my company. Not even my PC Sir or even the CO LTC Sir beat my score. Hahax
Tuesday was the actual test. I wasnt on form further more the sun made me lose focus. Due to that I freaking miss my Marksman shot by one bullet. 31/40. That one round cost me my 200bucks and my Marksmanship... Freaking hell... But still cant change the fact that I'm a Marksman Material!
We spent the whole day in camp on Wednesday cleaning our rifle. No rest. Only rifle cleaning.
Thursday there was Infantry Section Life Firing. In Section level we fire live rounds
but of course we rehearse it with blanks first. My Sergeant Major dunno why was so good to us then. Bring his radio all. Even sit one corner talk cock with us also. Was fun though.
Friday Archer company Enlist. So we hide in the bunk all the way cleaning rifle. Book out late also because one joker lost his bayonet on monday during the ATP. But all had to be done just to save his ass. Losing a bayonet can cost him to go DB man. A place you would not wanna try going.
Quite a tough week But next week relak. Sunday is Shamir's Birthday. Monday I got off. Hahax Wednesday book out again and Friday on leave. But the after chirstmas Is gonna be tough again. A.I FieldCamp
