This week we went through a form of training in which my friend calls it the Endurance Training. What we do? Eat and Sleep. Hahahax For the whole week, as usual morning 5bx, bloody hell though there isnt anymore 5bx... After 5bx breakfast and after first parade we have physical training. Then after that is admin time.
Monday I all of us have to go cut our hair. Damn thought I can keep my hair longer... Morning had speed training and after that is Just eat and sleep.
Tuesday Morning strength training and afther that eat and sleep.
Wednesday had IPPT Test. Managed to get Silver! 8 Pull ups, 40 Sit ups, Standing Broad Jump 234cm, 2.4km aprox 11mins. Incentive of $100! Hahax But must wait untill end of financial month which is around march next year then can get... Haiz... For those who get gold can get their 200 in 2 months time. Gold requirement is to tough to try man... 2.4km timing 9:45min sia! Maybe next time then try... Now aiming for Marksman in the next life firing. Hahax
Thursday Bloodyhell we had route march. They want us to maintain our combat fitness so we did an 8km route march. Although 8km feels like notting but still nobody likes doing route march... But then at least most of us gets to eat and sleep. Hahax Only the M203 people have to go learn to use the Claymore and Banglore Torpedo. Haha!!
Friday is the only day we didnt really rest much. We had endurance run of 4km where we have to run in together in steps and sing songs. Well at least the S3 was impressed with our performance. Hahax After that we went to SAFTI at Pasir Laba Camp to experience the Explosion of Claymore Mine and the Banglore Torpedo explosive. Really Cool! Then after dinner is BOOK OUT! Hahax Feels good to book out in home cloths. Hahax
