Today is the day my term of office officially expires. Today is my Student Council Investiture, a big day for everyone!! Hahax I went to meet Syafiq under his house and took a cab to Macpherson ITE. We reached around 8plus and got our guitars and amp set up and tuned back stage before everything starts. Among us Fazli was the only exco who could not make it for investiture... When everything is about to start, everyone went back stage and started shooting pictures here and there. When everthing started, we went on stage and went to sit at the audience. Later after that the principle Dr. Ricky Tham made a speech and Joseph, the guy who designed the new SC batch/logo made a speech regarding the logo. I wonder whats wrong with the management man... Their logo is so lame, simple looking, no creativity and so crappy... Even if Fathi's logo from our school didnt win, I wouldnt even mind if bishan's won man... At least got creativity abit. Oh well what ever... His speech was crap anyway. So after all the boring speech and all, the letter of appriciation was given to all the outgoing excos. Quite cool yeah. Get to shake Ricky Thams hand, got the certificate and a little token of appriciation, which is a candle. But the shit ass part was they FREAKING SPELLED MY NAME WRONGLY!! WHAT THE HELL?? Ah well... then we had the handing over where we are to pass the SC batch to them. We are actually asked to pass the batch to them so that they can pin on themself. But instead, we did the pinning on them instead. And right after that my juniors gave us a little give, which is a group pic of all of us during the Pasir Ris outing. OMG I felt so touched! They actually Passed it to us ON STAGE! Risk getting screwed and all!! After the handing over the new excos was given the appointment letter. Followed by the oath taking. Izhar, our school's new president led the oath taking. Right after that Izhar made a speech and he ended the speech with our school SC's motto... Unity is Strength and Strength is Success! We all cheered big time after that. Hahax Then a slide show was shown. All the pics of the pass one year we had as in SC from all 5 campuses. During the slide show Ami and I went backstage to prepare for the perfomance. So we kinda missed the slide shows and all. There was a performance before us and after that was our performance. Everthing went smoothly and everyone enjoyed it! We are the last to perform so we ended the show with a blast. Hahax When everything finished, we asked the Tampines excos to stay behind and Ami and I presented the Medals we made for all the outgoing Excos. Ami and I secretly planned on the manufacturing of the medals. Hahax Hidayah and Gabriel also gave all of us some little gift they made themself. When they gave it to me I actually felt the hardwork they put in man.. Felt so touched... Hahax After everthing we went down to the foyer and eat the food catered for us. We sabo quite a few people. Like Izhar... He got blanket party but instead of a blanket we put a blazer over his head. Hahax Then Faezah got water party. We poured water on her. Siti also kena but we pured water from the water cooler. Much colder... Hahax When everthing is over, we all decided to go to Marina Square. Izhar gave me a ride on his bike and Fathiah gave Siti a ride there. We went to play a few games of bowling and then we went to eat. After eating we sat there all the way, talking till 6plus and everyone decided to go home.
